All prices on , include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges.

On occasion, the prices payable in respect of goods advertised may differ from those prices payable at the same time in Bryan Watkins and son (handymans) store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store prices in the event that they differ from those on Similarly, Bryan Watkins and son are under no obligation to honour any prices in the event that they differ from those in-store.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Your Order;

Information on how to place an order. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "confirm order" button on the check out page.

All orders made by you through are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on . If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone to discuss how you wish to proceed. You will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with ourreturns policy.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with ourreturns policy, we accept your order 7 days after the date of order or when the goods are delivered, whichever is earlier.


The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out indelivery information.

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards in accordance with thepayment methodssection.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Please keep your receipt for anything you buy from us. It will ensure we can help you, if you need to bring something back.

Products delivered to you

If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by:

  • Alternatively, returning the product to Bryan Watkins and son (Handymans) store (you will need to bring your sales advice and the credit/debit card used for payment)

This is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused
  • Orders which are cut, made to measure or mixed to your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges. If you return a part of an order, we will recalculate any applicable delivery charge for the remaining part of the order and also deduct this from the refund
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or to require proof of identity


Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.Please call us on 01495 762796* to arrange.
